Terms of Service
1. I have the right to refuse service or cancel orders for any or no reason.
2. A down payment of 50% of the order price is required upfront for all commissions. This down payment may be returned if the commission is cancelled before I have started or I am unable to complete your commission. If I have started your commission, the down payment will not be refunded under any circumstances.
3. Additionally, the down payment may be withheld if you choose to harass me over the commission. You can ask me for updates at any point, just do not cross into harassment territory!
4. The final product will not be sent until the full payment has been recieved.
5. If there are major errors on the finished product, please do not hesitate to ask me to fix them. For minor errors, I may or may not be able to fix them, so don't hesitate to ask either since I might be able to correct the mistakes.
6. For customs and/or adopts, you can not resell them for more than you paid unless they have at least one extra art piece.
7. Unless you have expressly stated otherwise, I reserve the right to use and post your commission on any of my social media pages or as examples for my work.
8. Commissions/Customs cannot be reproduced for commercial use without express permission from me, especially when monetary profit is involved. We can discuss this in advance during the ordering process.
